No waiver of any time period of such Conditions will be binding unless in writing, no waiver of any term of these Conditions are going to be considered an extra or continuing waiver of these types of term or another expression, and also the failure of 360Connect to exercise or implement any suitable or solution in these Phrases would not waive that
